  4. Great Videos!!! How much money have you invested in all of your woodworking tools and equipment?

  5. Nice I have Watched Some Of Your Videos All Are Great If You Can Suggest Good woodworking Books Which Can Help A Novice Like Me Plus Suggestion About Kind Of Wood Usage For Specific Jobs Thnks

  6. Hi buddy, I noticed when you're welding, you seemed to have an unnecessary weave thing going on? I'm aware that you're new to the profession and practice will make perfect……

  7. Loving the camera gear. I am starting my channel with a DSLR and a camcorder…the gear you replaced. I have been eyeing pro-camcorders for possible future purchases.

  8. Maybe invest in a comb or something….love your channel!

  9. Nice collection of toys, I mean tools. That fishtail chisel looks amazing. Maybe a long term review once you get some mileage on it?

  10. Nice additions to the shop! Happy New Year, Matthew!

  11. Any chance of a video explaining the difference in all of your block planes and card scrapers?

  12. Great vid Matt. Very random question – I see you put some sheet foam on your garage doors there for insulation. Did that make a big difference in retaining heat in your shop? I have a similar shop situation, wondering if that's a good thing to do. Thanks!

  13. Happy New Year. Keep making cool videos.

  14. Im on a Mission. I subscribe to a wide variety of woodworking channels (The woodwhisperer, Paul Sellers, WW masterclass, Renaissance woodworker, etc.) and One in particular, Paul Jenkins, The Wood Knight

I know that woodworking videos aren't the most widely shopped clips on YouTube, but there are enough of us to really make an impact on the contributors that we watch religiously. Paul Jenkins is a straight up dude from Australia that makes great videos and has a super clean style. I don't know him personally, or have any other reason to promote his page other than I think that more people need to subscribe to his channel and enjoy his great content. If you subscribe to any other channels on Wood, go over to his page and help a brother out, you won't regret it.

  15. I bought a set of carving tool that did not come with a factory edge ( Not sharp). How do I put a first time edge on them? Someone told me to get the 3 shapton ceramic wet stones at 1,000 5,000 and 8,000. Very pricey – I'm new at all this so could you give me some helpful information? Thank you. Linda

  16. Have a great 2016! Love the new Camera…

  21. Happy New Year, Matt! Thanks for all the vids.

  22. Great review of the 2015 tools Matthew! I think you are not alone on the 90% assembled x-carve. There seems to be a very involved assembly and setup process. Thanks for showing all the goodies and giving us your thoughts.

  23. gear envy, gear envy, gear envy… πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

    Nice toys, Matt!

  24. All the best in the coming year.
